Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern your use of drydigit.com and any services purchased from DryDigit.
1. Agreement
By accessing drydigit.com or engaging DryDigit for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Services
DryDigit provides AI-augmented digital services including market research, SEO and GEO, performance marketing, web design and development, AI-driven creative content, and website audits and security assessments. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a written proposal accepted by both parties prior to commencement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment, all deliverables produced for a client under a specific engagement become the property of that client. DryDigit retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, prompt libraries, and internally developed tools. DryDigit may reference client work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% advance prior to commencement of work and 50% upon delivery of final deliverables. Late payments may incur interest. Work may be suspended if advance payments are not received within the agreed timeframe.
5. Confidentiality
DryDigit treats all client information, briefs, business data, and project materials as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without written consent. This obligation survives the conclusion of any engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
DryDigit's liability under any engagement is limited to the total fees paid for that specific engagement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, particular search rankings, or defined ROAS. Results depend on market conditions, client responsiveness, platform policies, and other factors beyond our control. Research findings and strategic recommendations are provided in good faith based on available data at the time of research.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. DryDigit reserves the right to pursue payment of outstanding invoices through appropriate legal channels.
8. Website Use
You may use drydigit.com for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without written permission. DryDigit makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of this website.
